Dr.
Levine graduated from Mississippi State University College
of Veterinary Medicine in 2000.
She completed a small animal medical and surgical internship
at Mesa Veterinary Hospital followed by an animal behavior
residency at Cornell University.
In 2005, Dr. Levine became a Diplomate of the American
College Veterinary Behaviorists.
For the past year she has been engaged as a research assistant
for the Animal Behavior Cognition and Welfare Group at
the University of Lincoln, UK.

to Your Appointment
1.
In order to sort out true behavior problems
from those with a medical basis, we recommend that you
see your regular veterinarian for a complete physical
exam prior to your behavior consultation.
2. If you would
like to document unusual behavior feel free to record
it onto a CD or DVD and either send it or bring it with
you.
3. Behavioral history
You
will need to fill out and return a History form. Once
