peterson-300x240 Meet Our Referral Relationship Liaison, Jamie PetersonIntroducing Our Referral Relationship Manager,
Jamie Peterson

WHAT IS A REFERRAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER?
AERA utilizes a referral relationship manager to ensure that the needs of our loyal referring community are being met. Jamie works diligently to distribute up-to-date materials about our new services and to introduce specialists to the referring community. She also collaborates with referring veterinarians to schedule on-site Lunch & Learn events, Continuing Education lectures, and Meet & Greets that help us nurture relationships with one another. When you schedule a Lunch & Learn or Meet & Greet with one or more of our specialists, they travel to your location (with complimentary breakfast or lunch) and provide education, training, and relationship building opportunities.

MORE ABOUT JAMIE

Jamie is a proud graduate of The University of Rhode Island with a BS in veterinary
science. Over the last 18 years, she has worked as a veterinary technician, veterinary
neurology technician, pharmacovigilance manager in veterinary pharmaceuticals, and
a territory manager in veterinary nutrition. When she’s not working, she and her family
enjoy spending time with their two dogs and one cat, coaching sports, Disney, and many
neighborhood playdates.

As a referral relationship manager, it is Jamie’s goal to share AERA’s mission of
advanced, compassionate medical care with surrounding referring partners. She has
a passion for quality care and believes that forging strong bonds between specialty
and general practice veterinarians are essential for accomplishing this shared goal.
By serving as a liaison to the referring community, she hopes to continue developing
relationships with your team and facilitate any needs you may have, so together we can
offer pets and their pet parents the best quality services.
