When heading over to AERA for an emergency visit with your pet, please call our hospital to get checked in with our front desk staff. No appointment or mobile check-in needed before entering the building. When arriving for a scheduled specialty appointment, please proceed to the front desk and our team will get you checked in.
Please be aware that we have temporarily paused the use of our mobile check-in tool. Our team will be happy to take care of you upon arrival and accommodate your pet as quickly as possible! Keep in mind that for emergency visits to our hospital, patients are triaged upon arrival to ensure they are in a stable condition while they wait to be seen by a doctor for further care.
