Dr. Gerber was born and raised in East Hanover, New Jersey. For as long as he can remember it was his dream to become a veterinarian.
He received a B.S. from Rutgers University before seeing his dream come to fruition. Dr. Gerber then graduated veterinary school with high honors from Ross University in the British West Indies in 2008. He then completed his clinical year of training at the University of Florida followed by an internship at the Animal Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Gerber has been a general practitioner at the Verona and Montclair Animal Hospital where he most enjoyed practicing his professional interests of internal medicine and surgery. Outside of work he enjoys to travel, cook, read, box, play volleyball, and practice mixed martial arts.
